The Administration for Children's Services (ACS) has released a concept paper on Early Learn NYC, a new model for coordinating and streamlining high-quality early childhood services. The goals of the new model, called Early Learn NYC, are to create a streamlined and coordinated system that guides and expects a high-quality learning environment that meets the needs of children and their families.
